The house has just been renovated leaving the rustic style but adding every comfort.
The house has 3 spacious double bedrooms with wardrobe and two bathrooms with shower. The open space houses a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room with a 55 '' smart TV. Each room has air conditioning.
There is a smart working station with desk and ergonomic chair with a good internet connection.

The large garden is fenced and is equipped with an outdoor hot tub (heatable), gazebo with table, chairs and BBQ. The night area can be illuminated and is accessed by a ladder in front of the front door.

Guests can enter the large parking area (with more parking spaces) by accessing a private entrance.

The house is located in the hamlet of Pieve di Camaiore a few km from the center of Camaiore. On foot (about 700m - 10 minutes) you can reach two restaurants and a grocery store. While by car: in 5min you get to 2 supermarkets and in 15min (about 10km) to the beaches of Lido di Camaiore.

The price does NOT include the consumption of: energy* (0.60 euros / kw), gas* (3 euros / m3) and water (4 euros / m3), to be paid in cash at checkout.

From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a tourist tax of 1.50e per person (over 14 years) per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.

It is a very nice, authentic house with a pleasant garden. The house has 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Our teens (16 and 17) had both there own bedroom which they like on this age. The kitchen is well supplied and fits perfectly in the style of houses in Toscane. The garden has a very nice pool and is totally fenced which was perfect for our dog. We visited Lucca, Pisa, Florence and we went to the see. We had a perfect stay. Thank you

Das Haus ist neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Anfahrt war mit unserer V-Klasse trotz der schmalen Straße kein Problem. Im Garten mit Whirlpool kann man sich ungestört aufhalten, perfekt für Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir sind viel Rennrad gefahren, es gibt super schöne Stecken in der Umgebung. Zum Meer sind es ca. 30min bis zum Hundestrand in Viareggio, für uns ideal. Kommunikation und Organisation mit Jeniffer läuft perfekt, sehr hilfreiche Tipps und immer erreichbar. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. ReRennrad gefahren

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en Italie. Nous avons été très très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Nous vous remercions vraiment Jennifer et votre époux. La maison est vraiment top, très propre, très bien aménagée. Jennifer s’est montrée disponible même durant notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions. La maison est située au calme, dans les montagnes. Un magnifique paysage l’entoure. Nous avons également pu emmener notre chien, ce qui était important pour nous.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Jennifer Malengi empfangen und ausführlich eingeführt. Das ist sehr passend renoviert und sehr geräumig, war so sauber wie bisher fast keines unserer besuchten Dominzile. Besonders haben wir die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen geschätzt. - Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und gab Informationen zur Gegend und zu Restaurants und Einkaufen. Die Auffahrt vom Dorf bis zum Haus führt durch teilweise sehr enge Straßen - für einen Reise-Kombi manchmal fast zu eng. Vielen Dank an Jennifer für Ihre Hilfen und den sehr herzlichen Kontakt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich bezaubernd, große Räume und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten lädt zum sitzen und verweilen ein, es ist alles sehr liebevoll gemacht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist toll, das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, die Tips für Restaurantbesuche etc. vom Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich. Das in der Nähe gelegene Ristorante Tratttoria Pieve war toll. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in dem Haus in Piewe wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben 14 Tage mit 2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und unserm Hund im Haus in Camaiore verbracht. Die Bilder und Beschreibung des Ferienhauses sind sehr zutreffend. Besonders gut hat uns die Zimmeraufteilung und die Sauberkeit der Räume gefallen. Über eine Treppe erreicht man das eingezäunte Freigelände welches ideal für unseren Hund war. Die Lage des Hauses ist im Ortsteil Pieve und damit etwas weiter weg vom Ortskern. Man erreicht das Objekt über die typischen, schmalen Straßen. Camaiore ist eine schöne toskanische Ortschaft, mit allen Geschäften die man zur Versorgung braucht. Zum Meer sind es ca. 15-20min mit dem Auto. Der Strand von Viareggio bietet für jeden Geschmack eine Möglichkeit. Freie/öffentliche Strandabschnitte im Süden, unterhalb des Hafens (viale Europa) und tolle Strandbäder. Besondere Empfehlungen sind die Trattoria La Pieve, zu Fuß 10min und die Bäckerei in der Via Fondi. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Jessica war stets freundlich und auf alle Anfragen gab es immer sehr schnell eine Antwort.

Ein Haus wie beschrieben. Sehr neu, alles funktioniert, sehr sauber, hell und nett eingerichtet. Er war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplätze vorhanden im gegenüberliegenden Grundstück. Jennifer und Salmone sind sehr nette Gastgeber, nicht aufdringlich aber bei Bedarf immer erreichbar. So wünscht man sich einen schönen Urlaub.

la proprietà è una casa di recentissima ristrutturazione, e le foto che si trovano in internet non le rendono giustizia, è più bella e più fornita di quello che si può vedere, tranquilla e rilassante. Gli unici "problemi" se vogliamo definirli così (in realtà sono caratteristiche che ci si deve aspettare andando in collina) soprattutto per l'eventuale inquilino cittadino, sono il canto mattutino dei galli del vicinato e l'ultimo tratto della stradina per arrivare, molto stretta. La consigliamo a chiunque pensi di passarci una vacanza, ne vale la pena, voto 10.

Das geschmackvoll renovierte Ferienhaus befindet sich mitten in einem Dorf, dessen Häuser verstreut liegen. Man findet alles so vor, wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben, d.h., die Küche ist modern ausgestattet und lässt nichts missen. Es war alles sehr sauber und Jennifer achtete sehr auf die Coronamaßnahmen. Jedes Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, die Fenster sind ganz neu und mit Läden versehen. Wir waren im Hochsommer dort und konnten es trotzdem angenehm kühl halten. Jennifer ist die Liebenswürdigkeit in Person und war immer sofort per Whatsapp oder Telefon erreichbar. Es gab keinerlei Probleme, alles verlief reibungslos. Und somit konnten wir eine unbeschwerte Woche verbringen. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen wollen und können es nur bestens empfehlen. :)

We are a family that has spent a very pleasant stay in the house of Jennifer and Simone. The two owners have welcomed us very warmly, also giving us a bottle of wine and oil and they have always been available. The house is old but it has just been renovated, everything is new, equipped with everything (like air conditioning, everything needed for cooking, internet TV) and is equipped to accommodate even toddlers. It was very nice to have dinner in the garden with the BBQ and equipped with everything you need to be outdoors. The area is very quiet and peaceful in the countryside of Pieve di Camaiore, in 10min walk you can get to two traditional restaurants and in about 7km you will quickly reach the sea.

Casa antica ma completamente ristrutturata, pur mantenendo le peculiarità dello stile bucolico toscano. La casa è dotata di tutti i comforts e servizi ed è in ottima posizione...a pochi km dal mare e a pochi km per esplorare i luoghi vicini. E poi che dire dei proprietari? Jennifer e Simone sono stati gentili, disponibili e professionali e hanno fornito preziosi consigli su come vivere la vacanza in Toscana.

Verrassend mooie vakantiewoning! De foto's brengen niet helemaal over hoe mooi de woning is. De woning is kort geleden compleet gerenoveerd. Alles is nieuw, super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien (airco, volledig ingerichte keuken, mooie slaapkamers en badkamer), zonder dat de authenticiteit van de woning verloren is gegaan. De locatie is prachtig! De omgeving heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prachtige vakantie. Pisa, Lucca, Florence, maar ook San Gimignano, Volterra en Cinque Terre. zijn allemaal goed te bereiken vanaf deze locatie in de uitlopers van de Apennijnse alpen. De zee en het strand is op 15 tot 20 minuten rijden goed bereikbaar. De gastvrouw, Jennifer, is echt fantastisch. De communicatie verliep perfect. We voelden ons direct thuis en zeer welkom. Als er iets is, staat Jennifer klaar om te helpen. Kortom, een prachtige vakantiewoning! Echt een aanrader!

Io e mio marito abbiamo passato un piacevole soggiorno in questa casa antica ma appena ristrutturata, ammobiliata con gusto e dotata di ogni cosa utile, dalla cucina alle camere. Le foto non rendono giustizia! La zona della casa è molto rilassante e silenziosa, abbiamo passato molto tempo in giardino alternando con qualche uscita al mare. I due proprietari ci hanno accolto molto calorosamente e sono stati disponibili. Lo consigliamo caldamente!

Wir hatten diese schöne Wohnung ganz kurzfristig gebucht, weil wir schnell eine neue Bleibe brauchten. Vielen Dank an Jennifer für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe dafür! Die Wohnung ist toll und hat eine super Lage mit Blick in die Berge. Der Kontakt vor der Reise sowie die Hilfestellung zur Anreise waren perfekt. Die Beschreibung des Hauses sowie die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Wohnung in dem neu renovierten Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist neu und man kann spüren, dass die Vermieter hier ganz viel Herzblut investiert haben. Diese wundervolle Mischung aus Neuem und aus Altem, dass sie erhalten haben und das zusammen eine Mischung ergibt, in der man auch in seinem eigenen Heim leben könnte! Es gibt drei sehr schön hergerichtete Schlafzimmer. Alles ist sehr sauber, und auch das Inventar der neuen Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Noch besonders hervorzuheben sind die Klimaanlagen in den 3 Schlafräumen. Im Hochsommer ein Traum! Es gibt fußläufig 2 kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und 2 Restaurants, die alle sehr empfehlenswert sind. Einen Supermarkt gibt es dann in der Stadt Camaiore. Dahin kommt man in ca. 5 Autominuten. Bis nach Lido di Camaiore oder Viareggio sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und dort hat man den typischen italienischen Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften an der Promenade. Der im Moment noch kleine Außenbereich gibt einem die Möglichkeit, auch draußen Zeit zu verbringen. Der neue Grill sowie der überdachte Bereich sind super für schöne Sommerabende, wenn man mal nicht ins Restaurant gehen möchte. Um den Garten herum gibt es Olivenbäume, Weinstöcke und Obstbäume. Einfach perfekt. Das Panorama ist großartig, die Ruhe fantastisch. Demnächst wird dort ein eigener größerer Gartenbereich entstehen, in dem man dann völlig ungestört auf die Berge blicken kann und seine Seele auf der Sonnenliege baumeln lassen kann. Jennifer war per SMS/Whatsapp und E-Mail auch immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns nochmal recht herzlich für alles und werden sicherlich wiederkommen! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal und wünschen Jennifer und ihrer Familie alles Gute!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen! Dieses wunderschöne Landhaus ist gerade renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Dementsprechend ist alles in top Zustand, es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag benötigt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Jennifer war jederzeit zur Stelle wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch und war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, ländlich in Pieve di Camaiore. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 10min die Restaurants, der tolle Strand ist nur 10km entfernt, mit dem Auto also ruckzuck zu erreichen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!
