"Really loved the stay. The view, the breakfast buffet and the mini mart close by made it easy to stay at the hotel. It was about 40 mins on the bus from the city centre which was perfect for a day out of exploring. Some staff via telephone were rude and put the phone down when they didnt understand english and someone called at 12pm to leave the room when I had paid for a late check out but other than that the stay was very pleasant. "

"The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The bed barely fits in the master bedroom. They never answered the phone when we call the front desk the entire stay. lastly when we checked in the had us sit down at the remote desk they pushed penthouse upgrade. If the views and meals and staff weren’t so good I’d choose another place closer to Palma and on the beach "

"The hotel is in a lovely location and the staff are fantastic however we were quite disappointed with the cleaniness of the room, we doscovered alot of very acrive little bugs under the bed which I had to spray and also cupboards doors were in need of repair. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together which even then had a huge gap in between and the noise from the water pipes really disrupted our sleep at night. We had to purchase ear plugs from the store next door as the pipes rattled every 3/4 minutes continuous day and night. The room and noisy pipes and room hygiene let the beautiful hotel down. However it did have good points such as the staff, location, activities put on for the and the rest of the hotel was modern and clean "
