This property is set on a nice cove, but not unique. There is NO real walkability to other locations or restaurants. You need a car to stay here and be able to do anything. The buffet is edible but definitely not what I would expect on vacation. It’s a little more cafeteria style. Rooms are clean, but outdated. Staff is very nice and the evening shows were at times entertaining. I would say this is best compare to an on-land cruise ship...if I had to do it over would stay on the north side of the island.

Location lovely. Staff very friendly. Food could have been better and an adult bar in main area with options for paying restaurant would have been lovely. We did go to the beach bar a lot.

My friend and I booked this resort as it looked fantastic online and we were lured in by the beach that was in close proximity. Upon arrival we were disappointed to find out that it didn't live up to the expectations you'd have from the online photos. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Issues we faced were: 1. The maid left our room door open after cleaning the room one day! 2. Attending the buffet dinner any later than exactly when it opens results in trouble finding a table, getting a waiter's attention to order drinks or even getting cutlery! 3. The bar staff did not know how to make cocktails, which was bizarre as they were advertising a cocktail of the day. At one point we were given what was clearly half a cup of vodka with orange juice splashed on top - not my idea of a good time. 4. None of the staff bar the main reception spoke any level of English and instead of working with you would just reply "no tiendo" or walk away midconversation. This even happened when I tried to pay a dinner drinks bill, which even if you can't communicate with words surely you've seen a bill before! 5. The beach is not private to the hotel, it is a public beach- not a bad thing- just something that should be more clearly called out. Note that if you want to use the sunloungers it's 13.50EUR for the day, cash only. 6. The hotel claims to have an "adults only" pool - they dont. All of the pools are surrounded bY kids.
