"It’s an older building and the kitchen/bathroom in our unit (#43) aren’t new, but they are well maintained and functional. The 180 degree beach view was spectacular. Being walking distance to everything Mooloolaba has to offer was great. The parking space for our unit was easy to get in & out of (not all parking spaces are created equal). The unit was equiped with everything we need. Coles supermarket is a short walk away. "

"This was a great small motel near the center of Caloundra. There is no staff around but it was clean and very comfortable. Some of the rooms have parking and some don’t which was a little bit strange but overall I highly recommend it. "
