"If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, you shouldn’t doubt about this place!!!! This place is awesome! They have this small cozy green house where you can see organic little vegetables that you can freely use. There is small cute swimming pool as well ( it was cold season so we didn’t use it ) ppl r super kind and nice. They clean room every day:) Also you can use laundry for free as well that they already have a detergent and softener! We went there for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday...

"Olive's Guest House was wonderful. It was very newly renovated. Our room had a beautiful view and was extremely comfortable and private. Breakfasts were delicious. Everything about our stay was great. I couldn't recommend it more highly. Also, Villa Franco de Campo was easy to get around with good restaurants nearby. It was also convenient for all our day trips. I would give it 6 stars. "

"This estate exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by Ruben, which was the most welcoming check in we have ever received. We stayed in the renovated barn room which was large & comfortable. "I had a lovely stay at Casa da Cisaltina. Fatima, the owner, made me feel right at home and was very helpful with information about things to do in the area and suggestions! The breakfast was delicious and included her homemade jams. There is a wonderful view out the backyard of the northside of the caldera. Added bonus is the parking on site - a car is definitely necessary in the Povocao area and eastern side of the island. "

"Staff and the hotel were great. However being an adult only property, we were woken up by a baby and had to have breakfast with a family was not the quiet morning I was looking forward to. "We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Quinta dos Bravos. The property amidst the gardens is so beautiful, with great care taken for every detail. The rooms are spotless. The breakfasts are nice with homemade cakes. On our last night, we had the loveliest dinner onsite made by Irena, which was a highlight. Paulo, Irena and their staff were attentive, kind and gracious. We look forward to returning and highly recommend staying here!"

"Our stay here was almost perfect. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast selection. We did not use the pool as hoped, but it looked beautiful. Great to have a full kitchen available to us to store and prepare food. Wish we had known this ahead of time (as well as close location to grocery store); we would definitely have planned things differently!
