"O hotel é muito bem localizado num trecho muito bom da praia de Muro Alto e as instalações são boas, embora eu tenha achado um tanto claustrofóbica a academia e a sala de jogos no subsolo. A equipe, no geral, foi muito simpática e prestativa. Minhas críticas resumem-se mais ao serviço dos restaurantes, era corriqueiro simplesmente algo acabar e os funcionários são poucos para períodos de pico, então os pedidos tendiam a demorar muito. Pelo preço, também acho que o buffet deveria ter mais qualidade e variedade, além do que a lotação nas horas mais cheias era desafiadora. Também acho que poderia ter mais opções de entretenimento até um pouco mais tarde."

"The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Any issues we had were resolved promptly. My main complaint is the inconsistency sometimes the service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent, and other times very disappointing. Also, there is no safe walkway outside the hotel, so if you enjoy walking, running, or biking, it can be very dangerous."

"Despite a check-in issue related to the transfer of guest information, I would still like to leave an excellent review for the apartment itself. The management company should be more efficient when transferring guest information to the condominium concierge. Our reservation was made on Friday for a Sunday check-in. On the day of arrival, around midday, we were contacted requesting guest details, which I promptly provided. However, when we arrived at the condominium around 3:30 p.m., our information had still not been transferred, and we were required to wait outside, under the hot sun, with children, after a long drive. As this is not a hotel with a front desk, the management company could also improve the experience by offering a list of local activities and tours to help guests better enjoy the area. That said, the apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the owners deserve congratulations for their attention to detail. Although the beach directly in front of the building is not among the best in the region, this does not detract from the comfort of the apartment. Overall, the apartment is charming and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and intend to return."
