The rooms were spotless and groovy. Staff so welcoming and helpful. The Mexican restaurant downstairs was enjoyable and recommendations on where to go in Calgary were awesome.

Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived... not a problem for us.. but they got it ready very shortly and our whole visit there was FIRST CLASS.. the rooms were excellent, the meals were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
We are back there again in a couple of weeks when we fly home... looking forward to it, absolutely first rate.

Initially aircon was extremely noisy, but after I cleaned the clogged filters it was a lot better, although still noisy. I was very happy to get a room change after about 5 nights due to a plumbing issue, the new room was a little bit nicer with a better aircon. No kettle provided but reception are happy to supply one, no milk provided or teabags but if you ask reception they are happy to provide. There was a coffee maker in the room, the small fridge and microwave were very handy for a 10 night...
