The staff handled her with grace and professionalism even though they were well within their rights to toss her out the door. I was sorry to see them get treated this way,"

"Staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was disappointing...long wait for the elevator, the rooms have zero sound proofing, and last night was the worst....so many people being loud in the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Got almost no sleep. Breakfast was ok...not a big selection by any means. Very disappointed that the 3 nights I stayed there that the restaurant was closed. So during the snow storm, I couldn't eat since I wasn't leaving the hotel"

"It’s too noise under renovation next to guest room , can’t believe it , I ask front desk to get some hot water and she told me to go to the restaurant. No service at all"

"Even though this hotel was out of our way, we booked specifically because of the waterpark. We put other plans on hold Friday evening so the kids can have a swim night. The water in the pool was freezing. Someone had to come out and fix it as it was unbearable. It would take hours for the pool to warm up after the maintenance was done and we had to check out the next day. The overall Vibe at the hotel was not the same as two years ago when we last visited. Front desk was not as pleasant or welcoming when checking in. "

"Nice clean room with full kitchen. Decent Continental breakfast with a very friendly attendant. The airport shuttle is actually a taxi service, so call the hotel ahead for instructions. I highly recommend this hotel!"
