  • Peace of mind property is a one bedroom basement with separate entrance and backyard .
    Wet bar no stove but it has all kitchen stuff . It is located in one of the best Neighbourhood 3 minutes to bus stop 10 minutes walk to shopping center ,Grocarry stores ,Restaurant , bar cineplex Entertainment and theater . 10 minutes drive to downtown.
    Check in time after 4PM before 9PM , the gate will be closed at 9PM because of safety.

Backyard is belongs to guests but host can go to the backyard for lawnmower and gardening , shoveling and fixing lights

They need to turn off the lights when they live the suite. They should take the garbage to the bin outside . They need to put back any changes .
