"The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. We love how clean the entire building is. Super excited to visit their new cafe in the morning! We also love the all the amenities so close by. We visit Calgary every month and this hotel is always our first choice. Another thing I have noticed is that the front staff has been there for a while, they usually recognize us. There is something comforting about seeing a familiar face when you arrive. Alt is doing something right if they can retain the great staff!"

"I stayed in the king standard, it had a fridge, stove, microwave, even a kitchen sink! Its an older building for sure, but the bed was comfy, the shower was hot with nice pressure, tv worked & the pancakes at breakfast were tasty. It "

"The room was very clean! Also had a balcony that I did not know about until later on. The staff were very kind and helpful. Only thing is the blow dryer did not work. I asked them to replace it cause it was new years. But they must have forgot. Regardless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a polished, but affordable hotel. "
