"Dirty towels, limited toilet paper, our room was wet all the time. It was rainy for the 2 days, we have lots of water on the floors close to both doors of the balcony. Not going back again !"

"Our reservation is free breakfast. But the property said breakfast is not included. I could have booked to another facility that have free breakfast because it will be convenient for us for us to start the day sight-seeing."

"I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains. The room was average but large and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head. "

"There was no option for soap bars and in the middle of the night, I can hear vibrating alarms from the other room. Also, you can clearly hear all outside noise (cars passing through, etc). We didn't have much rest as we thought we could have"
