From the very warm & informative welcome with Rosario through to the top quality amenities at the villa. Especially nice was the swimming pool that was larger than we expected, the lounge area which was a great socialising spot & the convenient location to nearby beaches by car. "Nice property in a great location BUT..The pool and immediate area were unusable. The pool was full of Stagnant green water complete with resident 'wildlife'. The villa was very cold and attempts to warm up were difficult due to poor electrics. The system continually 'tripped' if we had more than half the appliances on. We did learn to live with this by the 3rd day, but we shouldn't have to. We really should have been able to have a shower with a heater on or boil a kettle without having to turn...

"We had a wonderful holiday while staying in Vincenzo’s property. The house was rustic which we loved and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is big and we made full use. The shared pool is lovely. Vincenzo is a great host responding immediately to any communication. All in all I would recommend Vincenzo’s properties if you’re looking for a relaxing escape from a busy life "
