"Villa Taliala" is located in Alcamo Marina and overlooks the sea, 1.5 km from Castellammare del Golfo. The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen on each floor, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, washing machine, and TV. A cot is also available. The villa has an outdoor area usable from March to mid-November; outside this period, you must ask the owner about availability. There are 3 parking spaces available on the property. Pets are not allowed. More information about recycling rules is provided on site. Parties are not allowed and you are kindly requested not to make noise after 11:00 pm. The house consists of two apartments with independent entrances.

Wonderful house with a fantastic view of the sea.

Pros: Very nice newly built house with good pool and pool area. Nice outdoor shower to cool off in the heat. Dining area for many under cover in the shade with a pleasant view of the sea where you can sit both during the day and in the evening. The whole house is really good. The host is also extremely nice and good to deal with. If you want help with renting/chartering a boat or just a little help with sights or beaches, he is happy to help. Car is needed in connection to this house but you will find good parking in the driveway behind gates. Can highly recommend the accommodation, we had a wonderful stay.

Die Villa ist in einem Top Zustand und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit 2 Wohnungen und einem Traumhaften Ausblick. Beide Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet uns sehr modern. Auch Saro, der Gastgeber hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Ein Auto ist zwingend, da man zu den Stränden schlecht fußläufig gelangt. Die Strände sind sehr schön und auch Castellamare del Golfo ist traumhaft.
