"This location was really great. From the small balcony off my room I could see the port, restaurants and the sea. It was stunning. I could walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Cassis, I was also able to walk to the trail head for the Calanques (~ 1.5 miles from the hotel, including a stop at the boulangerie). The room itself was clean and comfortable with lots of natural light. "

This created a very negative impression in terms of customer experience. More importantly, there was no staff available who could communicate in English during the night, which caused significant inconvenience.
