Beautiful hotel

Friendly staff, beautiful room and central location of hotel. The only thing that can be difficult is finding parking nearby. We found paid parking only a 5 minute walk from the hotel so we got lucky.

The best thing about this property is that its right in the heart of the action of Cassis. The worst part is the same. It's quite noisy at night, but room did overlook the street and the music stopped around 10/11pm. My only recomendation is to avoid the attached restauant, as it's terrible, and avail yourself of the myriad of other options.

GREAT location. Not an overly-warm welcome but a very warm check-out (different member of staff). Quite a basic room but comfortable enough. Place needs freshening-up - it's a bit tired-looking.

Un séjour agréable mais quelques points à améliore

Nous avons séjourné à The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Cassitel, Cassis Port, et nous avons apprécié l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux du personnel, toujours souriant et disponible. Cependant, certains aspects mériteraient d’être améliorés. Lors du petit-déjeuner, nous avons constaté un manque de cuillères, ce qui a compliqué notre expérience. De plus, les serviettes remplacées pendant notre séjour étaient malheureusement tachées, ce qui est regrettable. Enfin, les escaliers de l’hôtel sont assez accidentogènes, et un aménagement supplémentaire pour la sécurité des clients serait un plus. Malgré ces points, l’équipe de l’hôtel a su rendre notre séjour agréable par son amabilité et son professionnalisme. Avec quelques ajustements, l’établissement pourrait véritablement offrir une expérience encore plus satisfaisante.

Bien situé mais chambre très vieillotte. Mérite des travaux de réfection. Fenêtre donnant sur une rue. Pas d’ascenseur, difficile de monter 2 étages avec 25 kg de valise Le petit déjeuné est correct mais un peu cher pour la prestation. The location is ideal, I would have liked to know beforehand though that the parking was going to be a challenge. hotels.com says the breakfast is included, but it is not. The place is charming and worth it for the spot, but it is in need of maintenance and cleaning.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Lage direkt am großen Strand und am Hafen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man nicht in der Nähe parken kann. Dafür gibt es aber einen preiswerten Shuttlebus. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
