"Firstly, if you message the property manager, they likely won't respond for weeks. It took them three weeks for them to respond about a military discount. Secondly, the place was DIRTY! We weren't the first because the guest log book was full of complaints about the filth. No one must clean this property. You're paying for someone to clean but they don't. "This was a busy trip for me, so I really appreciated the hot breakfast. I love seeing cardinal in the parking lot one morning. The peacefulness of the intercoastal waterway at Sunset was wonderful. They only wishes that there was a stoplight that made it easier to get in and out of this property. You’re basically turning onto an out of a freeway into a parking lot. It can be a little scary!"
