Oceanfront condo - Bay Watch 304

Lovely 3rd floor oceanfront one bedroom condo at Bay Watch Resort.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a clean and comfortable condo with a balcony facing the ocean!!

The condo has two full (Double) size beds in the bedroom, a Murphy double bed, and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit sleeps a total of 6 persons. 
There are two flat screen HDTVs – one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The resort is all free WiFi- wireless internet. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, range, microwave as well as a space-saver dishwasher. All dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking equipment, and linens are provided.

Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided in the condo, and all bed sheets and comforters are washed after each reservation. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided.

There are many on site amenities at Baywatch Resort. Enjoy your time relaxing by the indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, kiddie splash pools and hot tubs. There is an on-site restaurant (great breakfast buffet), sports bar/restaurant, poolside bar, gift shop and fitness center.

Myrtle Beach is a great place for a beach vacation – beautiful, wide, sandy beaches, golf courses, excellent restaurants, shopping and outlet malls and a huge variety of attractions. This is a perfect location to access all that Myrtle Beach offers!

Time Well Spent

The host was very responsive and fixed all of the small issues we had right away! My stay was great. The room was very easy to get to, and sat in the perfect spot on the beach! The facility had ice cream, a gift shop, ricardi’s, and fun/games on site which we all enjoyed! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach!

Cleanliness was subpar. The ceilings had mold around airvents. Lampshade had mold.Bed foundation was dirty. The view was wonderful.

Odor in bathroom

Terrible odor in bathroom..could not get rid of the entire time we were there. The Murphy bed was NOT comfortable and had large stains on it. The view was very good.

Small but adequate

The view and the access to the beach was wonderful! We are a family of 4 and thought we were getting 2 bedrooms but one bed is a fold-down bed located in the living room. So you walk into the only bedroom, then the kitchen with the bathroom on the right, then the living room/second bedroom. The pull-down bed had a very thin mattress. We save money by cooking during our vacations. The kitchen is not really set up for cooking for your family. VERY few utensils, two knives, and just a few pots and pans. The fire alarm is located in the kitchen and went off every time we cooked. This was an inconvenience but we got it to work for us. The only negative thing we encountered was that one day, a group of twenty-somethings got drunk and played very loud music and would come out on their balcony yelling and cursing. We tried to contact the front desk to complain, but could never get through with the 800 number that is listed on the website of the property. We chose not to bother our landlord with this issue. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were beautiful. Our kids loved the easy access to the pools and we liked being able to see them from our balcony. The property is only on the third floor and is conveniently located around many activities in town. Overall we were happy with the visit. It could use a few updates here and there, but nothing that detered our stay.
