"Just returned from a week at the Alua Suites and had a wonderful time with our five year old. The location is spectacular, with incredible views of the ocean, and plenty of amenities and beaches nearby. A great base if you want to explore the island, but equally enough to keep families occupied on site. "This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything. "

The atmosphere was great, could get a sunbed round the pool any time of day (no need to reserve sunbeds)
