Nice and quiet house of 280 m² and lined with natural stone. Its 4 rooms are distributed on two floors.

On the lower floor there are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
1 en suite large well furnished kitchen: microwave, washing machine, oven and hob and dishwasher, large living room with fireplace, TV,. From the living room you can access a covered terrace with tables and chairs and magnificent views of the mountain of the sanctuary of Sant Salvador, Castillo de Santuerio and adjacent fields.

On the upper floor, where it is accessed by an internal staircase, there is a suite with bathroom from which you access a terrace and deck at the same level you can also access an upper terrace both with views of the mountain and the sea

The house has heating in all areas and air conditioning in the rooms

Finca SES FIGUERES is located just 10/15 minutes walk from two of the most beautiful beaches in the south of Mallorca. The beaches of Cala Sanau and Cala Mitjana are beaches without construction

A beautiful property situated in quiet farmland within a short walk to the local beach. A short drive into Cala Dor which has a busy centre during peak time. We enjoy the spacious and tranquil surroundings the property offers. A very private location ideal for families. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've booked to come back next summer too.

We have stayed in many villas and fincas in Santanyi and this is by far the best! Fabulous facilities, gorgeous entertaining areas outside, pool stunning and great size. Lots of equipment for cooking and eating. Shower and baths really good, Internet good, location fab close to small beach with bar/restaurant. Check in and check out so easy! Excellent comms from host prior and during. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Villa Figueres for giving us an amazing holiday!

We had an absolute blast. Looking at the pics on this place you don't expect it to be even prettier. Well, it actually is. The place is simply amazing. The home is located in a quiet area. Yet the distance to Cala D'or is only 6 to 8 minutes by car. There is a beach nearby (15 mins walking distance) The place has everything you need, a MUST rent in my opinion.

Es waren zwei Traumhafte Wochen. Die Finca ist perfekt gelegen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussenküche ist ein Traum! Wir haben den Grill regelmässig genutzt, Maroni geröstet und im Pizza Ofen leckere Pizzas zubereitet!

Super Urlaub in einer wunderschönen, sehr grosszügigen Finca. Die Betreuungspersonen Silvia und der Villa Besitzer Tomeu waren sehr nett und haben alle Wünsche (mehr Abwasch- Trockentücher, Wechsel Frottewäsche oder Bettwäsche, neue Badetücher, sonstige Infos etc.) immer sehr zeitnah erfüllt. Sie waren beide sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Finca war genauso wie im Inserat. Wunderschön gelegen. Unsere Nachbarn waren Schafe, was einfach nur schön war. Werden Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden. Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig zuverlässig und die Kommunikation hätte nicht besser klappen können. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein dickes fettes Dankeschön! Wir werden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen!

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay in this beautiful finca. The house is spacious and the outside areas are outstanding with the most beautiful pool. Lovely shaded patio’s, with lots of options for eating al fresco. The sun beds were plentiful for our party, and very comfortable. The location of the property is perfect, for trips into Cala d’ dor, the supermarkets, and the stunning beach of Cala san nau. We had the most perfect family holiday… and we’re sure we will return.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Finca, alles sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung war auch top, es hat nichts gefehlt, die Übergabe war unkompliziert und einfach. Die Lage auch top, sehr ruhig und in 15 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer.

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und einem fantastischen Pool. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Perfekt für zwei Familien - und ein optimal gepflegter blühender Garten mit Grillhäuschen. Mit hat auch die Umgebung sehr gefallen. Es gibt ein gutes Restaurant in S’Horta. Eine ruhige und schöne Gegend. Die beiden Strände in der Nähe waren mir aber zu voll. Besser man fährt etwas weiter, zum Beispiel zum Muro-Strand. Ein Traum!

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub (trotz einiger Regentage). Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Die Finca liegt wirklich wunderschön. Abends ist es total ruhig, inmitten der Natur. An das Grundstück grenzen Felder mit Mandel- und Olivenbäumen, und viele Schafe. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind geräumig und ihre jeweilige Lage in der Finca ist ideal, jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich. Die Dachterrasse ist genial. Bei schönem Wetter haben wir dort zu Abend gegessen und dabei den Sonnenuntergang angeschaut. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, die Outdoorküche ist praktisch und gemütlich zugleich. Der Pool und die Wasserqualität wurden mehrmals routinemäßig von externen Servicekräften geprüft und gereinigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war äußerst unkompliziert, für den Anreisetag waren sogar ein paar Lebensmittel vom Vermieter Tomeu bereitgestellt. Tomeu und seine Tochter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß ist man in 15-20min an der Cala sa Nau bzw. Cala Mitjana. Man sollte früh da sein, denn es ist schön dort, aber es gibt nur einen sehr kleinen Strandbereich. Alles in allem also ein gelungener Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen werden.

Die Finca befindet sich in Gehdistanz zu zwei sehr schönen Stränden. In 5 Minuten sind sie in Cala d'Or und s'Horta. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit von Bartholome und seiner ganzen Familie ist hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Ferien in dieser Finca machen.

Großer Pool, traumhafte Buchten mit Sandstrand in 10-15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, Supermärkte, Restaurants 5-10 min mit dem Auto, ohne Auto nicht praktikabel. Vermieter hilfsbereit, freundlich und allzeit verfügbar - immer wieder gerne!

De woning is zeer ruim opgezet en heeft een prachtige tuin, zwembad en buitenkeuken. Ook binnen is het huis ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt een aanrader, wij zouden zo weer terug gaan.

Wir waren zu sechst 10 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Finca und haben nichts vermisst. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und tolle Restaurant-Tipps von der Agentur. Check-Inn und Check-out waren total unkompliziert. Wenn man mehr kocht oder öfter grillt fehlt eventuell das eine oder andere (z.B. Grillbesteck, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht) Da unsere Anfragen aber immer sofort beantwortet wurden und erledigt wurden (kaputte Glühbirne und Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine) muss man nur bescheid geben. Wie können das Haus und die Umgebung nur weiterempfehlen 😀
