"A bit of a strange experience when spending £250 for the night. No staff to great you and explain how everything works and nothing in the room either not even a bottle of water. "Great stay, pool is fantastic for the kids . Great location we used all 3 hotels on different days for swimming . Evening activities and kids club was brilliant . Lovely staff . Ivan was brilliant on front desk. "
"This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything. "
