"Staying at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino was the highlight of my Cairo trip. Excellent and accommodating check-in, exceptionally clean room, great views of the Nile River, and hospitable staff. Ismail (desk manager) and Ramy (receptionist) provided 5-Star service, ensuring I had an easy and seamless stay. I felt very safe as this hotel provided 24/7 high-end security, and I also enjoyed breakfast and quick in-room dining. I will absolutely stay at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino again, and cannot thank Ismail, Ramy, and staff enough for ensuring I had an amazing first stay in Cairo."

"Our experience at this hotel has been truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Egypt, we felt welcomed, cared for, and at home. Traveling to a new country can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this experience made everything so much more special and comfortable for us. I especially want to give Ahmed the recognition he deserves, because he played such a big part in making our stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. He made sure we were comfortable, helped everything run smoothly, and made us feel like more than just guests. It is rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and Ahmed truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Ahmed, for making our time here feel so special. People like him are what make a place unforgettable. "The was very clean and looked beautiful. Everything in the bathroom worked fine and looked well maintained/renovated. The woodworking throughout the corridors was visibility old and in need for attention though. My experience at Afandina restaurant was great! Chef Mohammed provided excellent service, so personal, so kind, stylish; it was excellent in all ways."

"Brief 2 day but excellent experience. Nadim was excellent and helped us many times booking a tour and getting multiple cabs to places throughout the city. Staff as whole were incredibly polite and helpful and a tip team all around"
