Cairns and Barrier Reef Holidays from NZ$2,195

Dont believe the pictures! First night there was a band in the park next door. Could barely hear the Tv. They put earplugs in the bathroom so it must happen often. The black grout in the bathroom matches the rest of the room. Problem is it is supposed to be white. Therefore the entire bathroom is filled with mold. The overhead fan is either on 1 or 3. The middle setting does not work. The rocks in the pool are black. Which is black algae. The rest of the pool is noticeably filled with green algae. One would think during the 5 days I stayed there I would see someone cleaning the pool. Nope. The most frustrating thing of all was the lack of internet. It is supposed to work but it doesn't. Trying to find directions or make future plans is nearly impossible. Do yourself a favor and spend 10 to 20 more per night and stay anywhere else. You will thank me later.

Had a very warm welcome on our arrival and discontinued throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and very well stopped. Possibly the best bed that we have slept in on our stay on our various days in Australia. And a pillow menu is always greatly appreciated. We have stayed in lesser Hotels better Hotels that do not offer this.

close to beach and the bed sheets and pillow where clean.

While the hotel was truly lovely and the pool and common areas be8ng truly beautiful, our room was rather tired and disappointing - little things like a rusty toilet brush, a rusty bag rack, and things like frayed sofa seats, the surface chipping off the bathroom cupboards and a dining table badly worn out, to the really bigger disappointment of a very slow poorly functioning spa on the roof. Sadly Didn’t really meet expectations.
