The hotel is not the newest anymore but clean and in a great location (everything in walking distance). The breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly and was supporting and helpful with any questions we had. Parking is not so easy during the week but there are many options close by (for a fee) and the staff is helping to find a parking (even upfront via WhatsApp).

My wife and I spent a night in Cagliari before taking our flight, the hotel is located right in the city centre and close to the port and the shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a nice hotel, fairly small and cosy

The best thing my family and I can say about is it’s location in the center of the historic district. We were there for 2 nights and the rooms we received (and were unable to change) had mold on the walls and uncomfortably low ceilings.

The staff at this property were AMAZING... the four that I saw on daily basis were just kind kind kind.. Great location to walk around the city. It is older property but kept clean. I had the breakfast included was perfect for me. Was like continental the croissants wonderful. The only bad thing I can say is they have urinal in bathroom too and smelled like urine sometimes bad. But I enjoyed my trip tremendously and they were a big part of it.....

Great Mid-Range Option
This hotel location is great. Right in the Marina section of the historic town, lots happening all around you. Parking is tricky, super cool narrow streets surrounding it. staff is very nice, rooms are comfortable, clean, but not fancy. We just needed a place for 1 evening to catch a plane the next morning early. This was great for that prupose - however I'd also spend a few more days here since like I mentioned, it was well located, fair priced, and clean + comfortable.

This property is a very short walk from the airport train drop off. The train from the airport to the city, was about eight minutes and from there it was less than a 10 minute walk to get to the hotel. This staff working at the hotel was extremely nice. They gave us a few suggestions of things to check out. We got to see an airshow that takes place once a year at the recommendation of the staff. Our stay was very short, but very pleasant.

Great little family hotel
Great little hotel, made us feel very welcome, very helpful friendly staff. Great position in the old town, room very comfortable and clean with regular changes of towels and bedding.

The room was big for a 3-star hotel in Italy, but it was dirty. Hair was spotted on the floor in the room as soon as I entered and noisy neighborhood. The staff are amazing though and very close to the center.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff was wonderful - extremely nice people. I think they would try to do anything to help a guest. As an older lady who travels alone, I place great value on nice people. There are a few things that could be improved upon. I do not like to have to get dressed and put a coat on to walk outside and down the street to the breakfast room. But that is just lazy me. Breakfast is served in a restaurant with the same name as the hotel and is very basic. I like more hot choices, or, just more choices period. I do not like a shower that is so small you cannot bend over to pick up a bar of soap that has been dropped. But the bathroom was new and very clean. The hot water took forever during the day. My biggest complaint was the in and out wifi. I have to work in the evening using wifi, and it would go out. Since no one is on the desk after 7:00PM, if the wifi goes out, one is out of luck until the next day. Would I stay here again? Maybe,....but at my age I might like a hotel where things go a bit more smoothly. Katherine

Reception staff were very helpful. A modernly refurbished hotel in a great location in the old town. Left the car parked at the railway station as no parking nearby. Breakfast was good. Definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! This hotel is a bargain, and it's in a convenient location. If you are coming from/going to the airport and don't have lots of luggage, try the train service which is a 7 minute walk. Saves 18 euros!

Conveniently located in the old town close to everything, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was handy, but some facilities needed maintenance - the hairdryer didn’t work, and the air conditioning worked but kept showing a filter cleaning message. And the shower cap provided had been reused as it was wet inside the packaging, which was gross

Lovely hotel in historic part of town
Well located near the train station and in the historic part of town. The hotel is a modern and successful reurbishment of an old building, and completed to a high specification.

Great staff, super location, easy and convenient
I'll keep it brief! - The staff were very friendly and helpful - Continental breakfast suits everyone except those insistent on a fry-up/scrambled eggs - The room was good bar a few issues (tired linen/towels, slightly buzzy fusebox), otherwise well specced and comfortable - could leave luggage on day of departure to spend more time in town. I recommend it - for location it's unbeatable, I think, and it was a great price too.

Lovely Hotel, great service
I stayed here for just one night, in a single room. The service I received here was excellent. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and welcoming. I was on the first floor, in an ample room for one person. The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes walk from the ARST bus station, as well as a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was included in my room rate, and there were a variety of things available to eat, from savoury meats and cheeses, sweet pastries, yoghurts and cereal. The hotel organised a shuttle for me to the airport, and whilst this is a bit more expensive than an ordinary cab, you know it will be reliable, timely and safe for a single traveller. I very much enjoyed my experience here, and would certainly stay again. Thank you!

Amazing place. A little difficult to find due to changing the street to pedestrians only. Once we arrived the hotel staff (Alice) was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Definitely I would highly recommend L'ambasciata

Good check on...fast, speedy...i had single room which was small but fit for purpose...always came back to clean room....only issue is you are in centre on street shops(off license) and a church corner...does get noisy at times people walk past and being noisy...can be noisy in hotel being on 1st floor

New hotel in great area
We stayed 3 nights and it was a pleasant experience. Located in a fantastic area of Cagliari close to transport and also to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and very informative in the lead up to the trip. The hotel rooms are a good size but the bathrooms need some help! The bathroom is so jam-packed (get rid of the bidet!!) that the shower did not have a proper door and recess.This meant that unfortunately our shower flooded every time we used it no matter how much fiddling we did. This is dangerous and we had to use towels and bath mats to soak it up every time.

I'm really sorry you found the bathroom of your room very comfortable, unfortunately probably we did not mention at your check in that the rooms at ground floor are made to allow disable people in. That means shower MUST be with open door and without any kind of recess to allow wheel chair in the shower.
