Great place to stay in Caeb
Staff was very accomodating and knowledgable about the area. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, I had a great sleep. Location is close to everything, including some incredible cafes and amazing restaurants. They had no issue with letting us store our bags after checking out, so we could comfortably visit Juno Beach before we left for Paris. I would 100% stay again.

Very pleasant, centrally located, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. We came on the train from Paris, rented a car, then went to Bayeux for the Tapestry and to the Normandy beaches. Dress warm for those beaches - the wind is strong!

Very nice hotel rooms very comfy organized clean bathroom. Staff very friendly would help with anything.The lift is a little bit small room for just one person and a bag

Rooms are very small and dirty no air conditioner and fridge cannot open windows as people can get in form other room. the lift is also extremely small. will never stay there again

This hotel does not have air conditioning.The room was unbearably hot at check-in because it has western exposure and the drapes This hotel does not have air conditioning. Our room (101) had western exposure and the windows were left uncovered and closed. The room was not near comfortable until 11 pm.

First, the room was very clean, the water pressure in the shower was good, water was hot and the bed was comfortable. For the low prices this hotel offers, that’s really all you can ask for. And it was pretty much all we got :) Amenities are bare bones, skimpy towels, tiny soap, no shampoo or body wash... first time I’ve seen a bathroom and shower with soap dispensers mounted on the walls. There was a small selection of coffee and tea, but no creamer. Closet space was small and there was no dresser. Elevators stop on the landing in between floors so you’ll either walk up or down half a flight. Hallways are dark and a bit spooky. Optional breakfast was very good, but more expensive than a similar breakfast in our expensive Paris hotel. Neighborhood seemed a little seedy, but there are decent restaurants within walking distance, including Pancake Fever next door which was hot, cheap, freshly prepared and delicious. Oh - it’s a bit hard to find and the hotel offers NO PARKING. Street parking is in very high demand. One night, I drove around for 15 minutes looking for a spot. If you don’t have GPS, good luck to you! All in all, we got our money’s worth, but we didn’t spend much, if you know what I’m saying. Book a cheap hotel - get a cheap hotel.

We did not get enough sleep. Apparently the person or persons who stayed in the room next to us was moving furniture(it’s what it sounded like) all night long through almost midnight and up again at 5:30 am still moving furniture!!!!!! Wish there was parking on site.

Hotel location was very good and easy to get an access to the walking pedestrian area of shops and restaurants. Room was clean but not well noise insulated. The elevator was tiny and not stopping at your floor thus be ready to carry over your laggage on stairs.

This was a last minute booking, and was great. The staff were all very friendly, and all spoke English as well. Rooms were nice and clean, location was excellent. If you want to do some sightseeing in Caen, stay here cause everything is easily walkable. Will absolutely be back. Thanks again to the incredible staff.

Location was good for exploring Caen. Staff was very helpful with questions about the area. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. We left the windows open all night as it was warm and slept on top of the covers. There is no A/C so to be expected.

Center of Caen
Nice simple clean room. Was able to walk to all the historical sites. Front staff very helpful and spoke great English. No extras such as fridge, coffee pot or microwave, but had breakfast available downstairs and lots of cafes next door and across street. Felt safe there and comfortable even with children. Very tiny elevator and it stops between floors so you need to be able to traverse half a flight of stairs at minimum. Would stay again!

Great location for exploring Caen
Great location for exploring Caen. Minutes to the fortress and the pedestrian shopping area. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the two abbeys and restaurants. Breakfast and service were very good. Parking is reasonable at 9 Euro, and located underground across the street.

What a disappointment!
Rooms were small and hot, if you tried to leave the slider open to cool off, the noise on the street would keep you awake. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been on. On the positive side, the front desk staff did speak English well and the breakfast bar was pretty good.

We were here for one night on our way from Cherbourg to italy. We were tired when we arrived so it was good that the check in was quick and efficient. The hotel was in a quiet part of the town easy to find and with available parking. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice balcony and the bathroom although a little small had a great shower. Breakfast although not included was good value for the extra 10 euros.

Quick visit to Caen
Was in Caen for a sporting event. Hotel was good place to walk to get food and public transport Also the sporting venue was close by. God a very good nights sleep. Lift was a little small but could get 2 people and overnight bags in. Staff spoke perfect English and very helpful as I do not speak a word of French. If your looking for a place to rest on a city break this is the hotel for you

This is a nice enough hotel, which is centrally located and clean. It's not very expensive, so probably offers value for money. The room I had wasn't that great, was a little tired and fairly small for what was meant to be a Superior room.

We were visiting friends so we needed a hotel in the centre of the city. The hotel was very good value and had good facilities. The hotel was manned over night so we were able to return late after a party.
