This 2,200+ square foot villa features a spacious master suite with king size bed, pillow top mattress, large en suite (with dual vanities, blow dryer, walk in shower and jetted tub), private sitting area with direct access to the balcony and TV/DVD. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, small refrigerator, full bathroom, blow dryer, a private sitting area with direct access to the balcony and TV/DVD. The third bathroom is located off the living area. Dine with a full kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher), a breakfast bar and a large pantry. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware and small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker and can opener). The water in the villa is safe to drink and prepare meals with because Villa La Estancia has its own desalination facility. Just off the kitchen there is a closet containing a stand up washer/dryer, utility sink, iron and ironing board.

The open living area has a dining table, entertainment system, free WIFi (password is on the router), a fold out sofa bed in the living room which sleeps two if needed, plus direct access to the balcony. The bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans and their own dedicated air conditioning thermostats to ensure each room is comfortable. The balcony is furnished with two loungers, a table and chairs to enjoy the view or dine on the food you prepared using the propane barbeque. The balcony also has a wet bar if you chose to keep drinks cold while outside. The flooring throughout the villa is Travertine tile. This unit is also very close to the elevator so it has easy to access to the pool area which is convenient.
