Villa de Karma accommodates up to 16 guests across eight spacious bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the terraces. The primary suite opens directly onto the terrace and includes a rain shower, outdoor shower, dual vanity, and walk-in closet.

The outdoor living is equally expansive. An Olympic-size infinity pool with a sunbathing island and swim-up bar anchors the terrace, alongside a hot tub, three fire pits, a bocce court, multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas, a 12-person dining table, and a fully equipped gym.
