-September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.
-Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday.  Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

There are two beautiful bedrooms, the first being the master with a pillow-top king bed, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, sitting and work area, and a full bath. 
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the villa la estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area. 
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a wet bar.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or even shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise.
