Private residential Complex building with only 6 studio condomminiums really a little gem well-kept property very private and safe property with a pharmacy onsite where you can buy medicines, sunscreens, toothbrush, sodas, as well as beers & chip's or chocolates, in addition to that a cash machine facility inside an (ATM), where you may select withrow cash in US dollars or Pesos, on the other ahand there's ancoffeshop & waffles with vanilla icecream on top & milk shakes, frozen yoghurts and Purified dinking-water bottles are sold here Chips & salsa café & tea and more delicious snacks sold here.

This brand new studio features a king size bed with brand new sheets amd new linen with tags on it (unworn) dinning table, confortable love seat, side tables, box security with turnkey, 2 brand new pillows with tags on it, two brand new blankets provided, Brand new bath towels with tags on it, a full bathroom with shower, a bigger size kitchenet freestanding with wood cabinets, brand new cutlery & brand new glasses, brand new bowls, can opener, a lemon squeezer, an orange juice squeezer, a fridge, a coofee maker, all brand new utensils and the blender are still in a box, a corkscrew, brand new pans, sauce pan, casserole, skillet, stewpot, stewpan, brand new silverware, everything have tags on, a spawling balcony with 2 chairs, WIFI and Lcd tv with Netflix provided, a big yard with BBQ, Sunbeds & umbrellas.

This is a great place to crash on your next vacation, this community is safe and has strictly controlled entrances, free parking spaces available inside property and off-street just steps away from your unit to the large Swimming pool to die for and views from the sliding window are fabulous. The property is within a quick walk to the beach.

Stairs

My apt. was clean and decently stocked. sheets towels etc. No elevator, pool was nice. The stairs are murder when you have laundry and groceries up 20 steep stairs. Construction next door was annoying. 41 condos now under construction. They are paving paradise and putting up condos.
