With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, and an bunkbed room that has 6 twins along with 5 bathrooms equipped with full kitchen, amenities such as 10 person hot tub, outdoor private back yard living space, pool and private beach access. In this quiet backyard oasis, Villa Famlee offers a pleasant stay in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. Only 15 minutes from downtown Cabo. Tons of options for grocery, Costco,restaurants, shopping and popular attractions.
Backyard has an outdoor casita for BBQ and dining area. Additional sofa bed for a 13th guest. Laundry facilties in-house includes detergent and dryer sheets. Gated and 24 hour security in this cozy and private neighborhood

Beautiful home in a very convenient location. Beds were extremely comfortable and the home was the perfect size for our family of 5. The owners were exceptionally quick to reply to messages via VRBO and their local host, Ivan, was kind and helpful during our trip- helped arrange tours, restaurant recommendations, and was working around the clock for anything we needed. We will certainly be coming back and enjoyed our stay on their property.
