Bedroom #3 has a queen-sized bed and full bathroom. Bedroom #4 (downstairs) has a king-sized bed and full bathroom just outside of bedroom.

The house is equipped with Roku TV, wireless internet, Bose bluetooth speaker, free long distance to the US and Canada. The central A/C has 5 thermostats controlling different areas of the house. Washer and dryer. Upon request property management can arrange: full time cook, grocery shopping, maid service, in home massage and spa services.
