The apartment is new, beautifully decorated, and features spacious rooms. The place is very cozy, offering incredible ocean views. The terrace is expansive, with a fantastic dining area and a BBQ grill.
My guests have access to all amenities, including pools, an event room, gym, terrace with grills, gardens for children to play, and a tennis court.
I am available to answer any questions my guests may have.
The area is excellent, close to shops like Walmart and Costco, beach clubs, and restaurants with spectacular views. It’s an awesome city and apartment for an incredible experience.
Transportation Advice:
From the airport, I recommend taking a taxi to the apartment (due to government policies, Uber is not allowed to pick up people at the airport). For getting around Los Cabos, I recommend using Uber.

Nice Cabo Getaway
Nice, safe property with security. Three pools to choose from. Easy and safe parking. The neighborhood is busy with construction and you’re looking at a beautiful view but also a Costco parking lot. Overall it was great for our needs. We had an incredible meal at Metate about 5 mins away tucked down a dirt road.

Pleasant Stay
It wasn't quite "Brand New" but it was very new and very well decorated. The view was strikingly beautiful if you kept your eyes focused on the ocean. There is a very busy Costco directly below that stole a little bit from the view but it was still a very nice view.
Once we connected to the host via Whatsapp, we had a much easier time getting a hold of him. The air conditioner in the Master Bedroom didn't work. I reported the problem with the host but received no response on that particular complaint but he was responsive on everything else. We fortunately picked a week that was colder than normal so it didn't end up being an issue with us.
It's a good property overall. We felt very safe there with it being a gated property. I would stay there again if I ever return to Cabo San Lucas.

after check out i forgot my camera bag with over $4000 worth of accesories and cameras, cleaning ladies promptly call the owner, owner contact me right away, very pleased and happy with everything cant wait to go back!!!

Deceptive and Disappointing
Upon arrival we were not able to access the property or the unit. It took almost 2 hours to gain access. Property was advertised as new but shows much wear beyond it's 3 year age. Couch was dirty, unit was not prepared with sufficient basics such as paper towels, trash bags, etc. I had to track down a grounds keeper to get a trash bag. Dishwasher did not get dishes clean and refrigerator was broken and had to be repaired. Lost 2 days vacation because of repair and waiting for supplies to be delivered. Photos do not show that Costco is very visible. Much construction and very noisy. Limited chairs and umbrellas at pool. No contact person at the property which is a big minus. After you book you are on your own. VRBO staff tried to help but local hosts did NOT respond to calls or emails. It basically ruined our vacation. VRBO as a rental organization was not willing to do anything more than try to contact the host. They basically tossed the problem over the fence to unresponsive hosts and washed their hands of trying to offer any type of compensation or ban the host for false advertising and not being responsive to us, the client, or VRBO itself. VRBO knows how to take your money but not help if there is a problem.
