"The property was just lovely. Yard and gardens were immaculate and Ray was very nice and pleasant to deal with. It was fine for one nice, but very dated and rather inconvenient to have the bedroom, fridge and "kitchen" & bathroom in 3 separate rooms-you had to go outside to go between them. A moderate renovation & some updates would go a long way to making this spot extra special."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Kaka Point. The home was spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. It was a little inconvenient not having tap water to drink but we made do. The area is beautiful and convenient for exploring this part of the Catlins. "
