"Trevor is an excellent host, very patient. We had a hard time getting there because my GPS took me to the wrong part of Tavira. I put in 11 Rua Dos Pescadores and the GPS took me to Santa Lucia, Tavira. In Portugal it is common for each little town can have the same street names. I should have put in Cabanas Beach and there would not have been a problem. Trevor who had a lot of patience with us guided us to the correct location without a problem. He walked us through the place and showed us all of the features and how the keys and garage door worked.We had a wonderful stay, the condo/apartment was lovely, well appointed, clean and in a great location. The underground parking was great, we parked the car and never gave it another thought. If you were in the area in a busier time this feature alone is worth the choice of this property. Very easy to park and take the elevator to the apartment with the luggage.There is a grocery store a short walk away that has pretty well anything you would need. The town / waterfront with most of the bars and restaurants is a short walk and there is a great boardwalk. Thankyou Trevor for the great experience and allowing us the privilege to stay in such a lovely apartment."

"Lovely spot. The only thing that was disappointing was the coffee on the breakfast buffet. The buffet was very decent, but the coffee is terrible. It tastes like instant coffee."

"This was our 5th stay here.The hosts always address any problems immediately.e.g.faulty light. The interior of the apartment is meticulously cleaned weekly. When accessing the 2nd level exterior deck, extensive bird droppings were evident.This is not a major concern if only using the main floor patio. Sincere thanks to our hosts and to Mrs. F the cleaner for making our stay so enjoyable"
