Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."

"The hotel itself is not that bad, and it located in the center (almost) of (West) Berlin. The staff, however, was below par: unfriendly, unaccomodating, and not very helpful. I will certainly not stay there again next time I am in Berlin."

The staff was very helpful with the checking and checkout processes. Didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood but I’ve heard had delicious ethnic food and shopping."
