"Amazing front desk, Staff! Awesome housekeeping! Quiet! It’s definitely a business hotel with class and elegant by affordable plenty of parking! And the front desk was so kind and hospitable! We had to extend our stay two times and they were able to make it work in the middle of spring break we had a family emergency that they knew nothing about at the front desk and was extremely flexible. I’m so great how they fit my family. "

"The staff and room was great, beds were comfy, room was nice! My biggest complaints are the pool. We brought our kids to omaha for the Zoo so we wanted a place with a pool. The pool was very cold, dark and the pool area smelt very musty mildewy. I would not stay here with kids if swimming is a big deal to them! Also the breakfast was a nice selection but it was so busy. They were out of juice glasses, plates etc. we were trying to get out for the zoo but the breakfast time to make waffles and waiting for restocks of the basics like plates took a really long time. There was no place to sit either. We came back multiple times to find a place to sit and wait for the lines to slow down. They only had 1 waffle maker available. We have stayed at much smaller hotels with 2 waffle makers - families were making 2-3 waffles at a time so i literally had to stand there for 20 minutes to make 1 waffle to split between my 2 younger kids that or course only wanted a waffle. :) "

"I have to say I had a very bad experience here. My daughter and I were sleeping and around midnight someone aggressively trying to break into our room. I ran to the door to latch it again and said your in the wrong room. Then they tried to come back in again, I locked it again and looked through the keyhole, the person then said front desk, and by the looks of what I saw the lady didn’t look like someone working at the front desk. Nothing on her identified her as a hotel employee. She had on a low cut tank top and hoodie. I ran to the phone and called the front desk. It took awhile for someone to answer. I said someone is trying to break into my room and she said that was me and you aren’t supposed to be in that room. I said I’ve been checked in since 3pm and you just scared my daughter and I to death. She angrily ask my name. I gave it to her and she just seemed to be mad that someone double booked the room and repeated that I shouldn’t be in that room. As this was somehow my doing. Then said I’m sorry but you need to see this from side. No apologies to us at all and needless to say we didn’t sleep the rest of the night and had to leave to hotel at 4am to catch our flight. I contacted the hotel as well as ihg. Nothing has been done and now it’s almost been 2 weeks. I asked for my money back on my hotel which I believe is fair. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way. The whole point of staying there was to sleep before our early flight. "
