"I thought the staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was clean but they only service the rooms every three days. They did give us extra towels when we requested them. I thought the complimentary breakfast was good but I wish they had an option of turkey or chicken sausages. All and all it the cost was very reasonable and a very convenient location. I would recommend this hotel."
"Excellent and professional staff. Very friendly and helpful."
"The host Fred is super friendly"
"Nothing"
"Large, modern, clean room. We didn't use them, but had all the amenities of a suite hotel... fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom was freshened, and fresh towels were provided daily. Staff were helpful and friendly. I found the bed too soft for my back, but hubby was ok with it. The make-your-own waffle was excellent, but the sausage patties, little potato patties, etc were lukewarm. I enjoyed the bagel and cream cheese. Coffee was decent and appreciated. Overall, a good place to stay, and we will come back on our next visit to Rochester."
"The hotel manager was very polite and knowledgeable"
"Having a hot tub in the room was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area needs to be cleaned up."
"We had a wonderful stay while visiting our son at college. It was so nice to have a comfortable place where he could stay with us for the weekend and we could spend some quality time together. We especially loved having a full kitchen so we could cook him a home-cooked dinner — something he was definitely missing! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient for visiting our son, and check-in and check-out were easy. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would definitely stay here again on future visits!"
