"We had a fabulous stay at Elements of Byron. We stayed three nights from Wednesday onwards and they had only just opened on Monday. There were a few little anomalies with the breakfast service but nothing that you wouldn't expect seeing they had just opened. The staff were lovely, attentive and personable. Our room was delightful, brand new, all the amenities and more and a lovely relaxing spot. Have already recommended it to others and will be back again soon ourselves."

"The room we booked through Expedia was not as described, but the Property Manager was upfront about the issue and generously upgraded us on the spot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave, and a Smart TV. The shower had excellent water pressure, and after a long day’s drive we had a very comfortable and restful night’s sleep."

"We had a one night stay in the 3 bedroom apartment at the Richmond Motor Inn last week. The apartment was large and well equipped with three reasonable sized bedrooms. Everyhting was clean and we had a comfortable stay."
