"We very much enjoyed our stay . The place was very clean and comfortable. Location worked very well with any thing we needed being in walking distance even the train station. The goodies left by the host were very enjoyable. The only issue we came across was having to remind my husband who is 6'3" to duck when entering some of the rooms. Of course you have to expect that in an old building. "

"Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. "

"The cottage is absolutely gorgeous, a wonderful and characterful location that's also supremely relaxing and charming. Well appointed and exquisitely decorated it's the perfect location for a short or long break. Giles was an absolute star getting us checked in, helping with firewood during the stay and even going above and beyond and helping our daughter get entry when we were elsewhere with the key!We can't recommend this cottage enough and will remember a long evening around the firepit for years to come.
