"Very nice two night stay at Hotel Heritage recently. The hotel is small (only 20 rooms), lovely, and in a great location. FYI - Ljubljana has the largest pedestrian zone in Europe, so you cannot drive to Hotel Heritage, even to drop off luggage. However, it's located pretty close to the edge of the zone, so you can cab to the bridge at the end of the pedestrian zone, and then it's a 5-minute (tops!) walk to the hotel with your luggage from there.
