Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham in Busan. The amenities and facilities were exceptional. The room was extremely clean and serviced well. I cannot fault the staff on their service either. They were very professional, attentive, and certainly provide the kind of service you would expect at a 5 star property. It was a pleasure staying here, and I really hope I can come back soon.

We booked this as an anniversary trip and enjoyed it. Welcome 'snack' on arrival. Luggage storage. Rooms are very nice. They have free whiskey hour every day in a vibey library area. There was also free snacks. There is also a floor sitting area to eat your outside food, closed at 10pm ish. We also enjoyed having our own bath with a TV infront. Improvement would be to positin the TV a bit further away from the spa bath or otherwise you crane your neck quite a bit. Front staff ask for your...

We stayed for two nights and had a great time! The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean, with comfy beds and pillows. The location was perfect too, just a short walk from Haeundae Beach and less than three minutes from the night market. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean room

Great new hotel. Well designed and the partial seaview still ticked all the boxes. Great location. The room has a few flaws and may be restricted to the one we booked but the LED lighting from the light switches, the table charger unit and the telephone were incredibly bright at night, with no way to turn them off. A real design flaw I’ve not encountered before. That and the blackout curtains don’t cover all the way up so we recommend eye masks. We woke up often due to the brightness...

The view was amazing and good location. Staff were friendly.

The staff was amazing always so helpful, welcoming, professional at all times. Willing to drop everything to fix any issues. I had an amazing room over looking the bridge, the view was intoxicating, also the hotel is close to lots of shops, so location wise it was fantastic. My stay at NewCz Centrum was wonderful I was there for seven days and loved every minute if it. I make mention I am a solo traveller and I always felt supported which is very comforting when you have flown 10 hours 40...

Ground 27 is a beautiful property. Spacious rooms and superbly appointed. A superb suite for a family with teenagers, best set out and spacious room we have ever stayed in. Excellent coffee in the cafe downstairs. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were fabulous. Outstanding bakery 3 doors down. Shopping on your doorstep. So pleased we chose to stay here.

Really liked this hotel, a lot of hotels in Busan are holiday stays (they share buildings) but this is a standalone hotel so they are in control of everything which makes for a more comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable bed, great shower, good view, I would recommend if you want an easy stay.

Decent breakfast, room clean

Well located hotel, conveniently next to train station. Room is spacious, well-ventilated and has a good view out to the harbour. The cleaning lady was an absolutely darling, big praises to her.

Property was very nice, as described. Comfy bed and good sound proofing when windows closed. Great view and location to food / beach / shops. Would stay again.
