Hotel Ground27 is a very clean, conveniently located to shopping, Jalgachi market, BIFF square and Busan Tower. Harry the General Manager is extremely hospitable and professional. We stayed in the suite and was very spacious for the 5 of us.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was amazing and the hotel was updated, super clean and safe. The staff made sure we were well taken care of. Our room was really large - definitely a spacious suite. We will come back again for sure. Incredible place to stay. Well worth the money.

Amazing hotel, with excellent and clean accommodations. The privacy and security of the property was commendable. The vibrant streets offered amazing shops with a variety of food and clothes shopping. The little things, such as floor heating and aesthetically pleasing furniture, made the hotel a wonderful place to come home to after a long day!

Nice, modern and convenient locaiton

Great hotel in a conveniently located area in Nampo-dong. Hotel was nice and clean, heaps of space in the family suit and very comfortable. My only gripe is that they charge for luggage storage (using train station style lockers) after you have checked out which is annonying. Almost every hotel I've been to will hold your luggage for free. I also hope they change the curtains in the bedroom to be blackout. Current ones are too thin and let light through.

Took the leap of faith to book the hotel for 2 adults and 2 young kids as it was new and lacking in reviews. Turned out to be our best stay in Korea. Till now kids are still raving about this hotel as compared to the one we stayed in Seoul. It falls on our wedding anniversary and I messaged the hotel prior to our trip to check out for nearby bakery for cakes recommendation and they were super responsive and have good advice. When we returned they presented to us a bottle of wine and a printed card customised with date and name too. Really a surprise and nice touch to the entire stay. Hotel staff were also very helpful esp when I wanted to order food delivery. They recommended nice restaurant and assisted to help me order on behalf. And just informed me when the food was ready for pick up. Great room cleanliness (shower gel/shampoo smells super nice too!) with laundry room (chargeable but they will provide the laundry capsule dryer sheet) at Level 7 as well which really helps a lot so we can pack light. The room we booked had a huge bathtub and double sinks. It’s also just a short walk from Nampo station with alot of shops and restaurants nearby and literally just next to Lotte department store. Will highly recommend this for a stay at Busan! Didn’t get the staff name (a guy manager who speaks great English and a Taiwanese lady) but really appreciate the great hospitality! Thanks for making this a memorable stay! :)

All the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to the front desk lady who speaks mandarin and helped us with our food delivery order. We stayed in the family suite with a kitchenette. The room is clean and big, but lack of amenities such as cutlery, and there is no towel bar and hook for clothing in the bathroom. The stench from the drain outside the hotel can be quite strong. There is a cafe at the ground floor. Hotel is located at the shopping street. Overall a good stay.

Ground 27 is a beautiful property. Spacious rooms and superbly appointed. A superb suite for a family with teenagers, best set out and spacious room we have ever stayed in. Excellent coffee in the cafe downstairs. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were fabulous. Outstanding bakery 3 doors down. Shopping on your doorstep. So pleased we chose to stay here.

great area - close to buses and train, shopping and sightseeing. safe and convenient. very honest staff - I left 2 rings and they contacted me first and sent me my rings to my hotel in seoul. room has small window - room 305 - not good for anyone claustrophobic. the room itself is spacious and clean.

良かった点 ・買い物や観光に便利なエリア ・バス停や駅からも近い ・部屋は新しく清潔 ・ベッドの寝心地も良かった ・部屋が広い ・バスタブあり あまり良くなかった点（でもまあ我慢できる） ・エレベーターの匂いがちょっと気になった ・バスルームエリアにドアがないので、親しい間柄の人じゃないとお風呂上がりとか着替えとかがちょっと困るかも ・部屋によると思いますが、窓の外はビルの裏で景観は悪く、レースカーテンもないので遮光カーテンが開けられず ・スリッパは置いてあったけど、使い捨てじゃないので、自分のものがあった方がよいかも ・スーツケースを預けるのはコインロッカー200w（wowpass、Namane カードなど使える） 価格を考えたらアリです！

Excellent hotel in a great location. Room was super clean and comfortable, great security. Shame the view from the window looked out to the wall of the building next door but that didn’t really impact my stay. Would highly recommend.
