"Perfectly situated to walk into " downtown" tahoe city ( 10min) which includes Commons beach, and some tasty lunch dinner spots. Right across from the multi-use path that connects all of west shore. Also a perfect middle ground to south, north, and truckee.Its QUIET...and Tahoe dont mess around. So be mindful if you are a loudmouth.I went on shoulder season right after labor day. Not crowded, weather is a mixture of warm to chilly breezes. But overall lovely.Host, responsive and very timely to answer my silly questions. First time dealing with bear bungees. Also gave food suggestions we used. Glad we did. A LOT of instructions to consume for check in and out. Not sure if thats Host or TahoeOnly potential for improvement, slightly thicker toliet paper and a brighter shower curtain or just glass door. Its a smaller shower stall so this was difficult for my man (6'3 and solid)."

"We had a wonderful stay at the house we rented. Everything was very nice and well equipped, and we really enjoyed our time there. The place had a lot of thoughtful details and made our stay very comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to have the balcony cleaned a bit more, but overall it was an excellent experience. Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service. I will definitely be coming back."
