"This is a very nice, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. The communication from the host was first class making the check in very smooth. The house is well set up and clean with everything you would need for a pleasant stay. There is a good size yard, with some very nice old trees, for walking the dogs. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip."

"This house was one of the nicest stays we have ever experienced with vacation rentals. Clean, well appointed, well stocked with kitchen items, (though bring your blender if you are smoothie people!). There was a beautiful patio off the dining room with a lovely english cottage flower garden where we spent much early morning or evening time. The neighborhood was small and very friendly - children riding bikes with adults out walking or running. We will stay here every time we visit Lake charles. The owners were wonderful (Erich even accomodated our EMF sensitivities by turning off the wi-fi and installing a LAN line!) This listing was extraordinary!"
