"The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area."

"We had lovely stay at this hotel . Staff was tlvery nice especially the night staff. They helped me to oder the food and delivery which was super nice. Breakfast was topnotch , manager was very accommodating, place was clean . Only thing could have been better is noise isolation from outside. But full marks to the staff . I will definitely stay again."

"Das Frühstück war für mich zu wenig appetitlich vorbereitet worden. Pommes waren zu viel gewürzt, nachschub gab es keine (Pizza) oder Zigarabörek schmeckte nicht. Nuggets waren fade. Beim Brot sollte man auf Vollkorn mal dazu legen. "

Staff is friendly though if you don't speak Turkish a translator might come in handy. Not many dining options near the hotel, though the kebab restaurant next to the hotel was excellent. "
