Bursa trip

This was our second stay in this hotel and again eveything was good. They let us check in early and helped with everything about our room. Facilities and rooms were really clean and well kept. Our child enjoyed every minute of his stay. Spa and pools were great to relax. Hotel was at the center of Osmangazi next to metro and tramway. İt was easy to go everywhere we would like to. There is a really big park next to it.

The staff was perfect, they went beyond what is normally expected. Valet service is ultra fast, room service is available 24/7 and is also ultra fast. The roof top restaurant had plenty of choices. Plenty of amenities but we enjoyed the Turkish bath and spa only.

We love to stay at Almira. It will be our first choice in Bursa. We have been here 5 times. All the staff from the reception to the bell boys and spa staff are very friendly and very helpfull. Thanks to them all to make Almira a wonderful place to stay. We live the spa, it's the best thermal spa in Bursa and they have a spa and thermal only for woman. I love it. The food are very delicious in restaurant. We can recommend the place.

Location: great, very central Cleanliness: extraordinary! Sweet cleaning staff Breakfast: very good, could have better bread and yoghurt, granola etc. Rooms: good size, beds too soft Spa: best and cleanest spa I have ever seen Rooftop restaurant: good vibe, outstanding desserts, shame about the weddings and parties being held there 2-3 times a week. They should warn guests prior to stay. Rooftop pool: Fine Child friendliness: Could have better facilitets for babies. But severall smaller pools, game rooms etc for older children. Service: on point

Terrific hotel missing a few small touches.

Lovely hotel with thermal spa. In good condition, friendly staff. For a 5star hotel rating, I expected air conditioning would work in hot weather which the weatheri was, however they told us too early in year to switch it on. Of course it was on in communal areas! Bathroom toiletries were poor, especially difficult to read in shower with no glasses. No glasses for mouth wash or for drinking water were provided and were difficult to obtain. No facial tissues provided by bed. The small touches mean a lot. Tom

Great hotel

This was our forth stay at Almira hotel. The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. We were in hijab and the reception area is mixed so we wouldn't come down in just our robes, we eventually got a locker but was told they were generally for the paid members and not hotel guest. This wasn't an issue last time and the price for our stay did include free spa access. The treatment prices have also dramatically increased within 6 months from £38 for a massage to around £70. I do recommend the hair dressers but not the hotel restaurant which was overpriced for very basic food.

I stayed for 4-nights in the hotel with my family. The hotel was very good and staff were very friendly. I booked a Standard Family Room where I have 3 rooms (1 with kingsize bed and 2 with 2 twin beds) all connected. Rooms were all nice and had good views. The bed is my room was comfortable and bathroom was simple. Breakfast buffet was nice. They had a good variety but they don't change the menu alot. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly. There is a nice pool in the roof of the hotel with very great views .. good for an afternoon swim. The spa was very beautiful. I really enjoyed visiting it. It was quiet and very clean. The atmoshphere is great. There is also a thermal pool for adults and another one for kids. The spa is a plus in this hotel and I recommend it for all visitors. Location was fine. There is a big mall in a walking distance. There are also a couple of shops close by in case any small groceries are needed. I highly recommend the hotel and will probably come back to it if I visit again.
