This property has potential but the rooms, especially bathrooms are worn out and the bathrooms not very clean. In the bathroom the sink drain was broken, shower faucets and floor were not very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room offers a fridge with in room coffee kettle which is nice. There is a lot of road noise and very close to a mosque which means loud calls to prayer. The lobby and restaurant are nice. Breakfast was a plus and parking was included.

Very friendly, helpful and kind staff on welcoming in the reception. I come late and leave the hotel early so dont meet much people )) I ask for possible my preferred location to my reservation and they give me exactly i ask, this was also very nice. I can only ask the clean Air Conditioner filter inside the room and the strength of the curtains should be checked.

All OK. The hotel is new and in a very good condition. Great check-out time 12:00. Tha balcony in the room we were staying in could be bigger. The breakfast was a buffet and was very tasty, however coffee wasn't available as self-service. Apart from that everything was great.

Hello, my hotel experience was generally good. But I've also had better experiences. There was no sound insulation in my room. There was a lot of noise coming from the rooms. It would be better if there was a second elevator in the hotel. It is a disadvantage that there is only one elevator. The rooms were extremely hot and I had to cool them down by turning on the air conditioner. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the morning. The indoor car park was not at the bottom of the hotel, it was located far from the hotel and was not very easy to reach. There could have been more cheese varieties at breakfast. One cheese was sour. The bed was not very comfortable. Pillows were also too high.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel for an extended period. I stayed for six nights, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day, which became quite boring. The photos showing donuts are misleading—no sweets or fruits were actually served at breakfast.

Helpful staff, good breakfast

We reserved this hotel for 2 nights but ended up staying just one night due to a hygiene issue. The first room had toilet paper in the toilet when we entered the room, which told us it hadn’t been cleaned properly. We called reception and they immediately solved our problem by changing our room. Unfortunately, the second room in the same floor was also not clean; there was hair in the towels and hair and threads on the floor. I requested the cancellation through booking but the hotel gave us another room in a different floor at the same time, so we decided to stay there for the night. I gotta be fair and say they they tried their best to accommodate us and apologized and took action. The third room wasn’t perfect either but we stayed because it was almost midnight. But again, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and tried their best. I’m sure it was an isolated incident due to a lazy cleaning crew. The breakfast was delicious and they had a variety of options and real American coffee for those who need their morning coffee like me.

There were serious deficiencies in cleanliness and hygiene in the room. Soundproofing was almost non-existent, all the street and other room noise was inside my room. Reception staff was not polite enough. The shower gel and shampoos in the bathroom were the cheapest quality, disgraceful products, you can't even wash the dishes with them! The only good thing is the restaurant section.

Oda ısısı iyiydi, ne üşüdük ne sıcakladık idealdi. Kahvaltı da çeşitliydi ve lezzetliydi hem çocuklara hem yetişkinlere uygun seçenekler var, klasik kahvaltı sevmeyenlere yulaf gibi seçenekler de vardı. Memnun kaldık.
