Location, Location, Location people. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Bursa due to its central location. Located in the shopping center of Koza Han this was a very clean hotel. It was designed beautifully and our room was spacious. The staff was very responsive and when we forgot something in the safe they were able to retrieve it for us without hesitation.

Couple in Bursa

The hotel is at a very frequent area, near some restaurants and the local bazaar. Autobus and tram stop in 50 meters. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, there could be more drinks like orange and apple juice. We have really enjoyed our staying here. If we return to Bursa, we will choose Kayhan Hotel once again.

The staff and the owner of the hotel tried to scam us We booked a one night stay and upon check out they asked us to pay extra 40$ They are scammers And the area of the hotel is very bad Stay away if you want to enjoy your stay stay

Very nice room, the breakfast was just okay though, and was not catered for non Turkish people. The hotel is closed to everything which was a plus.

İki günlük Bursa gezimizde bir gece konakladığımız Kayhan City Otel’den genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar son derece nazik ve kibar; sanki bir otel personelinden ziyade ev sahibi gibi davranıyorlar. Her şeyin kusursuz olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Ufak bir eleştiri olarak, lavabo musluklarının biraz fazla alçakta konumlandırıldığını söyleyebilirim; el ve ayak yıkarken bir miktar zorladı. Ama bu da çok büyütülecek bir şey değil. Genel değerlendirmem gayet olumlu. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Nasıl bulduysak öyle bırakmaya çalıştık saygılar.

Perfect stay with great amenities

Great hotel with excellent customer service. The manager has been extremely helpful with our questions and needs. The breakfast was A+. The hotel is located in the central old town of Bursa, close proximity to many attraction was a great plus. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Güzel Bir Konaklama

Gerek personel gerek konum gerekse temizlik açısından çok memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu. Kahvaltısı açık büfe olup ürün çeşiti ve lezzeti çok iyiydi. Otelin kapalı otoparkı var. Tarihi dokunun çok yakınında yürüme mesafesinde bulunmaktadır. Özellikle resepsiyondaki İsmail bey ve diğer personellerin güleryüz ve ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.
