This property was well built with elevators and is very appealing overall, and in a great location that is accessible and has AC which was a blessing. Hotel is quiet which we loved since Bursa can get hot and busy. Parking is free and space is fantastic and location is close to mall and such. Over all, hotel is clean but it’s definitely not brand new for a Ramada chain hotel but it’s better than most in the area in my opinion. The front end staff are incredibly kind and hospital and we’re literally the highlight of our almost two week stay. They are so welcoming and just overly respectful and kind. However, food was not very good. Even Turkish food (mantı) was mediocre. Breakfast is okay (no Turkish dishes really) and the floors in the rooms were rarely cleaned and sheets weren’t changed in over a week despite reaching out to front desk. The spa was nice but they took our towels off the chairs in the middle of it since kids came and were super disrespectful. Again, the staff was super kind and accommodating though. Would recommend, just need to be vocal.

Oda temizliği ve kahvaltı iyiydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin otoparkı olması bir avantaj hatta otopark içinde şarj istasyonu bulunması bizi memnun etti. Termal havuz kısmı da fena sayılmaz, biraz daha büyük olabilirdi ama bizim kullanımımızda kalabalık olmadığı için sorunsuz kullanabildik. Tek olumsuz yan olarak yüksek yiyecek/içecek fiyatları söylenebilir.

Uludağ kayak tatili için iki günlüğüne bu otelde konakladık. Çekirge bölgesinde ve dağa yakın oluşu önemliydi bizim için. Termal havuzu ve global bir zincire ait olduğundan deprem ve yangın gibi konularda gerekli önlemleri almış oldukları düşüncesi de tercih etmemizdeki diğer nedenlerdi. Genel olarak her şeyden memnun kaldık. Spa bölgesi biraz daha zevkli tasarlanabilir veya elden geçirilebilir. Ama ödediğimize kesinlikle değdi.

Genel olarak herşey iyi fiyatına göre iyi. Kayda değer bir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltı irta seviyede hemen herşey vardı sadece yer masa konusunda biraz küçük salon. Küçük eksiklikler oluyor isteyince getiriyorlar personel sıkıntı var.Havuz hamam gayet yeterli. Tuz odası buhar odası sauna yeterli aile olarak 1 gece konakladık genel olarak memnun ayrıldık.
