The service was first class - everyone was very helpful and friendly, and despite being very busy, we weren't kept waiting in the restaurant. The food was excellent, too. "Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Probably suits the more mature clientele, which is us, and the entertainment in the evening most likely would get through the auditions on Britain’s Got Talent but this is more than made up for by the staff and delicious food especially breakfasts. "Ample for what we paid. All working & fit for purpose, though I have trouble with stairs & being on the 2nd floor was a bit of a job as the lift wasn't in action. The sprinkler was hanging off the ceiling, but didn't effect our stay. Quite a noisy room, being directly above the moving bollard but luckily I brought my earplugs so didn't bother me too much."

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Tower hotel and spa, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is delicious I had the roast lamb dinner both nights of my stay because it was so delicious, I didn’t sleep very well on my first night in the tower and mentioned this to a lovely lady who worked in the restaurant and in no time at all they moved me to another room, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning. "

"We stayed in a dog friendly room and our dog was also allowed to eat with us in part of the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is well placed for the gorgeous Gower. Three Cliffs Bay, Oxwich Bay and the beautiful Rhossili and Worms Head were a short drive away. "

"Great Hotel, staff great friendly, secure parking right opposite hotel , we stayed in the annex opposite the hotel, room was great clean bathroom room great and a fantastic shower , only problem was we were woken at 4 in the morning by music coming from a car from out side and some one in the annex banging doors and then going out and shouting to the people in the car ( they seem to know eachother) ."

Lovely cosy stay
"We went for 2 nights stay in May. Check in and communication was very good. The property was clean. It looked like renovation work took place recently. It was a pleasant stay. Only downside is that there are no good places to eat. We arrived about 8:30 pm and all the nearby places were closed for customers. This is no reflection on the property as it was as advertised."
