"Got an email to check in online, I did, even gave my credit card and all my information and photo of my ID. Getting there, I was told “ You’re not checked in according to our system’ They have to check me in again. Have to endure the strong scanted cleaning solution that was used to clean the reception area, To go from reception to the elevator, you have to go down the stairs with your luggages, not safe for older adults or disabled, I did see mini elevator but the staff instructed guests to use the stairs to the elevator. Hallway carpet very dirty, the room was very dirty with hair everywhere, in the bathroom floor, in the room, telephone is working, "

"I booked a room with a pull out sofa but when we got to the room we found a regular sofa that had dirt and crumbs under the cushions. The staff were able to switch us to another room with a pull out sofa but the noise from the sports cars in the streets was an all nigh menace ( which is beyond the hotel’s control) but just as a fyi the walls are not noise proof. The breakfast ladies were lovely. The hot tub and pool were also a little dirty. "

"Our room was clean and very quiet. It included small refrigerator and microwave. Free full breakfast each morning, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, muffins, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee,...etc. Parking fee is an extra $25.00 per night. Great location within easy walking distance of FSU campus and stadium. Nearby restaurants and bars."
